The Process Teardown

The brief is used to answer your request and, if you tick the dedicated box, generate an initial AI hypothesis. Do not submit secrets, credentials, confidential documents or sensitive personal data.

  • The content is delivered to OaService by email so the contact can be followed up.
  • No application database stores the brief.
  • When consent is given, OpenRouter and OpenAI, the selected model provider, may process the content to generate the response.

Data and purposes

We process professional contact details and information you voluntarily provide to answer a request, provide OaService services, secure systems and meet legal obligations.

Legal basis and retention

Processing a brief relies on your request and, for AI analysis, your explicit consent. Prospects are retained for up to 36 months after the last active contact, subject to legal obligations.

Processors and transfers

Suppliers may include Hetzner hosting, email services, OpenRouter and OpenAI for the currently selected model. Processing may occur outside the European Union under these providers' applicable terms.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent at contact@oaservice.fr. You may also contact the CNIL.

Cookies

The public site uses no third-party analytics or advertising cookies. Minimised technical logs may be processed for security and operation.
